Our Identity and Sense of Purpose

 

ActivateFuture is a result from an own evolution process of its founders and companions. Based on innumerable situations of the past decades we have formed an entrepreneurial treasure of knowhow and insights. As Consultants and Coaches we have recognized however, that enterprises can not cope with the magnitude of actual and necessary change processes.

 
What frequently gets lost, is the real identity of an organization, its original sense and definition of purpose and the emotionally binding. Our DNA is to shape evolution out of the presence and to intelligently steer it, in fact as a counter model to transformation. We advocate evolution as an ongoing, sometimes imperceptible advancement of the own power to adapt to new conditions and as a strengthening of survivability.

As a navigator we steer our clients through times of troubled water providing Orientation, Clarity and Certainty. In partnership with selected members of an evolution network we create meaningful answers to the current and upcoming challenges. With us, employees and companions find a place of identification and motivation, in order to jointly develop self-determined personal future.
