Our Identity and Sense of Purpose
We have come together to develop the common practice of organisational leadership through the often untapped power of emotional connection. In this way, we want to fulfil our shared responsibility for the planet and its people and remind us all of our inherent commonality.
At ActivateFuture, we believe that every team member is unique and capable of achieving extraordinary results. This unrecognised diversity is just waiting to be discovered, valued and utilised. We have designed our approach to help managers to develop themselves and their employees despite increasing challenges and volatile environment in a strength-conscious and value-orientated way in reaching their goals.
The ActivateFuture evolution concept is the first of its kind.
We have prepared the individual anamnesis, action planning and implementation on the basis of the Goalscape software. Our methods are based on the need to continually ask new questions instead of answering the old questions a little better each time.
We know that only the combination of both, economic value and emotional value creation leads to an outstanding leadership culture. This is the only way to write the desired narratives of success that are most important for the future of our companies, economies and societies.
Roland Schulze
"Without a pronounced emotional intelligence as a counterbalance
the use of artificial intelligence will lead to ruin. Both as an organisation and as a society!"
Roland has gained a wealth of experience in successfully managing employees from different cultures and in organising corporate processes under a wide range of conditions over more than 20 years in global management positions in logistics, including the CFO position in a company with a turnover of 300 million euros.
His ability to change the organisation's processes and culture in such a way that people can develop their skills to the fullest has led to measurable successes in countries such as South Africa, Asia and Germany. The companies he managed in the IT and finance sector or reorganised in the M&A or restructuring process were later sold at above-average multiples. Some of his former employees, who started out as trainees, now hold high-ranking positions in corporate groups or run their own companies.
For over 10 years as a consultant, he has distinguished himself by listening and observing without judgement. Roland's key strengths are his intuition for people, the situation and creative, often intuitive approaches to finding solutions. He has the ability to work out where the actual causes of problems and tensions lie. When it comes to implementation, he combines assertiveness with the necessary sensitivity for people's reservations and taking them along on the new path.
Roland is convinced that the coming years will herald a time in which we will have to focus on our intrinsic human abilities in order to continue to generate prosperity and positive social added value, particularly as a result of the intensive mechanisation of society (AI, social media, etc.). Organisations that can actively shape the interaction between people and technology will only be successful in the traditional sense.
He is driven by the desire to positively influence not only the competitiveness of companies, but also the way we live together as a society.
Roland is married, has a son and lives in Wachtberg near Bonn. He is on the board of a charitable foundation and develops the activities of ActivateFuture in Canada as well as in Germany.
Andreas Kramer
"Only when managers and employees from baby boomers to Gen Z work together in a self-motivated way, contribute their strengths to each other and share their knowledge, emotional solidarity, team spirit and a spirit of optimism are created. - Then will we be well prepared for the challenges ahead."
Andreas was responsible for the development and implementation of innovative business models, processes and products in the global financial industry for over 20 years in various management positions. With a particular focus on the complementary strengths and expertise of colleagues and employees, he has formed agile, high-performance teams across national and international locations and successfully led them to their goals. Two selected highlights were the acquisition and market relaunch of Readybank AG as CEO and the establishment of fully digitalised account opening processes and a third-party product platform as Managing Director of Deutsche Bank.
Since 2020, Andreas has dedicated his heart and mind to SMEs and family-run businesses. As a consultant and coach (Gallup Certified Strengths Coach), he sees great potential for them - for example in the use of AI, process digitalisation and sustainable energy sources and partnerships. He supports entrepreneurs and their organisations in constantly reorienting themselves despite increasing complexity, developing clarity about the value and priority of alternatives and gaining certainty when deciding on goals and their implementation.
As a leader and coach, Andreas has internalised from his own experience in entrepreneurial fields of tension between "Economics & Emotions" that all this can only succeed if people feel valued in their different talents, become curious and contribute with their strengths. They then develop an emotional connection to the organisation - which also has a positive impact on the labour market, customers and business partners.
With ActivateFuture, he is driven by the desire to make an economic and emotional contribution that connects people in business and society and ensures long-term value enhancement and resilience.
Andreas is married, has a daughter and lives in Hennef near Bonn. He focusses on the activities of ActivateFuture in Germany and on the development of selected partnerships in Europe.
